New England Eye Framingham is a specialty outreach location of New England Eye located directly within the Framingham Public Schools at the Fuller Middle School. This school-based clinic was established to provide easy access to comprehensive vision care and treatment for students identified with vision issues to eliminate barriers to learning.  The Vision Center primarily serves pediatric patients and offers comprehensive eye examinations, vision therapy, and eye glasses. It is the first ever public school-based comprehensive vision clinic in Massachusetts.

Through a collaboration with Perkins and New England College of Optometry, the New England Eye Low Vision Clinic provides services to individuals of all ages with multiple disabilities. This clinic is located at the Perkins School for the Blind in Watertown.
