Research Education

Research Lecture Series

Under this program, recognized vision scientists are invited to the College to give presentations about their research. These presentations are followed by discussion sessions and informal receptions so the College community has an opportunity to become better acquainted with researchers and their projects in other laboratories. The lectures will take place on Thursdays at 5pm at New England College of Optometry.

This program is designed to broaden research activity, stimulate an active exchange of ideas, and nurture the development of new projects. Dr. Ian Flitcroft from the University of Dublin in Ireland and Dr. Richard Abadi from the University of Birmingham in England are the first researchers to visit under this program.
